Legally Blonde
This brand new addition to the London theatre experience gives blonde a whole new meaning. Forget the stereotype of an uneducated, ‘life-goes-on’ fair haired seductress and open your mind to a determined and ambitious avant-garde female.
Having landed on the west end theatre scene in late 2007, Legally Blonde in fact made an impactful entrance followed up by rave reviews and strong recommendations. The narrative tells of a young woman’s passion (Elle) to regain her lost love, Warner. However, the journey is not going to be easy. Elle manages to secure a place at Harvard University to study law, only to discover Warner is with another woman. Her strong will and unbreakable devotion is the key to Elle’s perseverance which leads to the inevitable conclusion.
Showing at the Savoy Theatre and starring the sensational Sheridan Smith alongside Duncan James, this light hearted yet glorious tale will captivate the audience and deny any assumptions that blonde’s can’t triumph.
