1.3 Purchase Policy


Once you have booked Tickets, Hotels, Restaurants, Packages or any other product purchased on this site (The services), products cannot be exchanged or cancelled. 100% cancellation charges apply for all services.

Your reservation for hotels will be for the stated number of nights and the applicable board basis confirmed. All additional services ordered should be settled directly before departure and your contract for these services will be with the applicable hotel.

If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking. Although we will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or inclusion of the special request on your confirmation or any other documentation is not confirmation that the request will be met. We cannot accept any conditional bookings. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability that may affect your arrangements, please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If we or the supplier of the service in question reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations or those of any service provider is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the provider of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control

Transportation to and from the services purchased is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for failure to arrive and fulfill the services purchased from the site.

Descriptive material on facilities provided at the hotel is drawn from information provided by the hotel suppliers. LondonTheatreBreak.com cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information, nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not communicated to us by the hotel.

LondonTheatreBreak.com acts as an agent and has no control over the event.

All tickets sold through this site are supplied by STAR members; STAR is a self regulatory body which operates within guidelines supported by, amongst others, the Office of Fair Trading, the British Tourist Authority, the London Tourist Board and the Society of London Theatre.

Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre/Event Management's rights. The Theatre/Event Management reserve the right to alter the cast without prior notification, to make alterations to the advertised arrangements and to refuse admission.

If tickets are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter, Venue Management, LondonTheatreBreak.com or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become invalid and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

If you are collecting your tickets from the box office please make sure you have your acknowledgement of order and your credit/debit card (used to make the booking) with you. You will only be able to collect your tickets one hour prior to the Event starting.

We aim to despatch your tickets as soon as possible, if we can't post the tickets to you due to the proximity of a performance date or in circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to ask you to pick up tickets at the box office on the day half an hour before the performance.

Please check tickets and reservation details on delivery, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your address, contact number or email before we are able to post your tickets.

Latecomers may be asked to await admission until a convenient break.

We will only give out information when it is absolutely necessary in order to execute a task.
